Participation : Student from Class Ill to Class XII Medium/ Curriculum : Bengali Medium – Syllabus of WB Primary school council, WB Board of Secondary Education, WB Council of HS Education English Medium – ICSE, ISC & CBSE curriculum. Day, Date & Duration : Saturday, 28th September, 2019,11 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. for Bengali Medium Monday, 25th November, 2019, 12 noon to 130 p.m. for English Medium. Subjects & Marks distribution : Class III, IV & V : Science (50 Marks) + Mathematics (50 Marks) Class VI, VII & VIII : Physical Science (30 Marks) + Life Science (30 Marks) + Mathematics (30 Marks) + Geography /Environment / General Awareness (10 Marks). Class IX & X : Physics (20 Marks) + Chemistry (20 Marks) + Life Science (20 Marks) + Mathematics (30 Marks) + Environment /General Awareness (10 Marks) Class XI & XII : Set A : Physics (25 Marks) + Chemistry (25 Marks) + Mathematics (25 Marks) + Biological Science (25 Marks) or Computer Application / Science (25 Marks) Set B Chemistry (25 Marks)+ Biological Science (25 Marks) + Geography (25 Marks) + Nutrition (25 Marks). Question pattern MCQ. No negative marks for class III to X, but 2 marks will be deducted for 3 wrong answers for the classes XI & XII.
Prize & Certificate : Score sheet cum Merit Certificate will be awarded to all participants. Topers from each medium of every class will be awarded with memento, books and cash prizes. Prizes will also be given maximum to top 5% candidates with grade A and above. Special prizes are allotted for excellent results. Examination Fees : For Bengali Medium – Rs. 70.00 only (with booklet) For English Medium – Rs. 100.00 only (with booklet) Last Date of Entry : For Bengali Medium, submit list of students along with fees on or before 14.09.2019. For English Medium, the same is 16.11.2019.
Publication of Result & Prize distribution 29.12.2019 at 4 p.m. through a colourful ceremony. Also result is available at wzvw.egraocs.in Minimum 50 students are required to open a New Centre. Interested schools may apply within 31st July, 2019.
